No. Usernames are permanent and used for login/email. You can change your display handle though.

No. We cannot reset passwords. Use the "Forgot Password" link which sends a reset to your recovery email. Always set a recovery email in Account Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Account Settings → Delete Account. Requires admin approval.

What happens if I create an account but never log in?

How does email categorization work?

Your emails are automatically sorted into four categories:

Inbox: Personal emails, direct conversations, and important notifications. This is your main email view.

Digest: Your daily digest of newsletters, updates, and notifications from subscriptions and services. Keeps promotional and automated emails organized.

Ledger: Receipts, invoices, order confirmations, and payment records. Your automatic financial filing system.

Stack: Emails you manually save for later. Like bookmarks for things to read or deal with when you have time.

Automatic sorting happens when emails arrive:

  • Receipts with prices and order numbers → Ledger
  • Newsletters with unsubscribe links → Digest
  • Marketing and promotional emails → Digest
  • Personal conversations → Inbox
  • Security alerts and password resets → Inbox

You can manually move any email to your Stack to save it for later.

What is Reply Later (Boomerang)?

Reply Later is a scheduling tool to remind you about emails that need responses.

How it works:

  • Click "Reply Later" on any email
  • Choose when to be reminded (1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or 1 month)
  • The email disappears from your inbox temporarily
  • At the scheduled time, it automatically returns to your inbox

Use cases:

  • Schedule follow-ups on sent emails
  • Remind yourself to reply when you have more time
  • Keep your inbox focused on what needs attention now

View all scheduled emails in the Boomerang tab. You can cancel the schedule anytime by clicking "Clear Boomerang".

Privacy

Do you sell data?

No.

Can I export my data?

Coming soon.

Can you read my emails?

Yes, technically we can access emails on our servers - just like Gmail, Outlook, and most email providers. ProtonMail and Tutanota encrypt stored emails, but they could still read incoming messages before encryption if they wanted to (they say they don't). While SMTP uses TLS encryption during transit between servers, emails are decrypted at each server along the way. We don't scan emails for ads or data mining, and only access accounts for technical support when needed or legal requirements. For true privacy, both sender and receiver need to use the same encrypted service or PGP.

Where's data stored?

USA servers.
